A virtual exhibition has been opened within the Night of Museums campaign
The Museum Night in Latvia takes place on May 15, 2021 – both in a virtual environment and as open-air expositions, carefully adapting to the epidemiological situation and observing all safety rules!
This year’s Museum Night theme is “borders”, highlighting borders as aspects of cultural heritage, heritage created by borders, heritage divided by borders, as well as cross-border heritage and the crossing of all borders.
Ludza is a city located on the border of Europe and Asia, therefore Ludza Regional Studies Museum invites visitors to get acquainted with the virtual exhibition “Eastern Border of Latvia. History, Fates of Border Guards “, dedicated to the Border Control Service of the Republic of Latvia.
